ACAPELLA SET TO TAKE COMEDY BACK TO CHURCH

Armed with a unique sense of humour,crisp and flawless delivery,and an uncommon audience connection,Benedict O.Daniel ,known as MC Acapella in the Nigerian  comedy industry has officially hung the toga of comedy,and has now fallen in love with being a minister of the gospel.His new found passion for kingdom advancement will be officially unveiled in his comedy concert targeted at the church demographic tagged-COMEDY GOES TO CHURCH.

In his words:’The MC Acapella brand is all about reinvention and creativity.One of the reasons why we are taking comedy to church is because every good and perfect gift comes from God.God is the giver of every talent not excluding the gift of humour.Therefore we are taking it back to where it all began.The church
demographic has been ignored in terms of bringing back ethical soul lifting fun back to church.Comedy Goes To Church is my own way of bridigng the gap between the church and the outside world’

Slated for the 24th of february 2013, the gospel humour concert will feature performances from Nigeria’s finest comedians and gospel artistes like Julius Agwu,Midnight crew,Gordons,AY,Senator,Seyilaw,Elenu,Eben.EmekaSmith,Pita,Xplicit,Akpororo,Chimaraph ,and a host of others.

David’s Christian Centre. Amuwo Odofin Mile 2 Lagos will play host to the event.It Promises to be an evening of groove,laugther, and bliss.
